About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager at Reactive Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, overseeing communications, managing budgets, and building relationships with partners and influencers. Your goal will be to evaluate marketing efforts, maintain customer databases, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Oversee communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to drive business growth and expansion.
- Evaluate marketing efforts to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Maintain customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience within the heavy machinery industry, including the American market.
- Strong marketing management skills, including ROI reporting, social media strategy, and campaign planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers.
