Care Support Worker

As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to support the physical and emotional well-being of our residents, ensuring their dignity and individuality are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meals
• Provide emotional support to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and comfort
• Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver a holistic approach to care
• Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
