As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and implement individual support plans, ensuring a person-centred approach
  • Facilitate meaningful activities and experiences, tailored to each individual's interests and needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with Autism West Midlands' policies and procedures
