About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at The Burrows, a purpose-built supported living service in Droitwich Spa. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Facilitate meaningful activities and experiences that promote social interaction, learning, and personal growth.
  • Monitor and record individual progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address challenges.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a cohesive and effective support team.

Requirements
