About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and maintaining their dignity and individuality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their mental well-being and social interaction.
  • Support residents with medication management and other healthcare needs.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, encouraging residents to engage in hobbies and interests.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
