Job Title: Senior Land Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team in the Eastern region. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sites for development, working closely with our planning, construction, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and appraise potential sites for development, conducting thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, estate agents, and local authorities to secure new sites and negotiate favorable terms.
- Work closely with our planning team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and secure planning permissions.
- Collaborate with our construction and design teams to deliver high-quality developments that meet our company's standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site acquisitions, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in land acquisition and development, with a strong understanding of the property market and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successful site acquisition and development, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landowners, estate agents, and local authorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Valid UK driver's license and a competent driver, with a willingness to travel frequently.
