Key Skills and Qualifications:
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience
- Extensive background in residential care and management
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
