We are currently recruiting for an Adult Mental Health Service Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for providing a single point of access for all referrals into Adult Mental Health services.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues to identify gaps in the referral process and strengthen existing joint partnership systems. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience working within acute adult/community mental health settings, preferably with RMN registration or occupational therapy/social work qualifications. A postgraduate qualification or evidence of working towards one is also desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for triaging referral information, making autonomous clinical judgments, and prioritizing tasks to allocate them to the appropriate professionals/services. You will also conduct face-to-face assessments and provide brief interventions during telephone calls. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
