About the Opportunity:
Swansea Bay University Health Board is looking for an experienced Pediatric Mental Health Care Expert to join their clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents in need of mental health support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a clinical team to deliver high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Essential Criteria:
- Eligible for entry onto the GMC Specialist Register in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or able to demonstrate equivalent experience and skills.
- Evidence of leadership and management experience in a mental health setting.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Annual Salary: up to £95,000 plus benefits
