Job Title: Social Care Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Advocate to join our team in the Vale of Glamorgan. This challenging and rewarding role involves working collaboratively with family aides, social care officers, and business support to provide kind, consistent, and child-focused support to families.

About the Job

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and reviewing care for children receiving support, including those on child protection plans.
  • Helping families achieve their goals through consistent, kind, and child-focused support.
  • Supporting families until court proceedings conclude, providing stability throughout.

This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
