  • Drive Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance in the UK and Europe.
  • Develop and implement a Retailer CPO commercial policy to achieve brand KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy the CPO strategy effectively.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to open CPO supply channels.
  • Ensure sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to meet CPO volume plans.
  • Work with HCUK to provide competitive finance products for the CPO programme.
  • Partner with UVL to deliver best-in-class customer and Retailer experiences.
  • Measure and analyze Retailer used car performance with the HMUK Network Development team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support used car operations.
  • Create a ZEV strategy for CPO to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive CPO leads into Retailers' LMS.
  • Provide regular KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Specifications
  • Minimum five years' experience in a UK OEM Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategies.
  • Demonstrable go-to-market strategy deployment.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence.
  • Confident in c-suite engagement and influencing.
  • Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with a drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage, adapt, and optimize business processes.
  • Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and attend national events.
  • Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
