About the Role

S-RM Intelligence and Risk Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team in London or Manchester.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing functions with all aspects of the sales cycle, client acquisition, events, and data governance within our CRM system.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to business development strategy discussions;
  • Supporting the sales team with the use of CRM to ensure it is up to date and runs smoothly and accurately;
  • Analysing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales metrics, working with the sales team to provide data and statistics;
  • Supporting in the production of key account reports.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with CRM systems, with Zoho or Salesforce experience being beneficial but not essential.
