AWD online is a well-established company based in Thame, Oxfordshire. We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Technical Support Advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner, good communication and listening skills, as well as accurate data capture abilities.

This role involves providing remote support to bars, pubs, and the hospitality industry regarding technical issues with the bar, cellar, and draught dispensing system setup. Training will be provided for those without prior experience.

A competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus performance bonuses and benefits, awaits the right candidate.

Job Description
  • Handle all contacts, including challenging technical calls, to a high standard
  • Spend time 'in the field and office' with an Engineer to fully understand quality processes and gain knowledge of bar and cellar setups
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults over the phone/email using problem-solving and technical knowledge skills
  • Take part in the accreditation program to become certified as a product and technical expert

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level, possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
