Job Title: Registered Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Tonic Healthcare. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including budgeting and resource allocation
