About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager with a passion for caring to join Home Instead as our Registered Care Manager. As our Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our care services.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Conduct care assessments and care planning to meet individual client needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record in providing high-quality care services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota.
