About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional care to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our referral partners.
  • Conduct regular care assessments and care planning to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our care services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our care services remain compliant and of the highest quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in care management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the demands of the business.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a calm and composed approach to challenging situations.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
