About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager with a passion for caring to join our team at Home Instead. As our Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our care services.
  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our referral partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in providing high-quality care services, with a focus on business growth and development.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards, with experience in ensuring compliance.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
