Lead the Way in Physician Associate Education

The University of Worcester is a leading institution in the field of health education, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality programs. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Physician Associate Programme, working closely with the Dean of the Three Counties Medical School to drive strategic direction and innovation.

As a Principal Lecturer, you will be responsible for the leadership of the Physician Associate programme, including collaboration with NHS partners to enhance clinical placements, teaching, and the student experience. You will also play a key role in preparing for the PA Apprenticeship and ensuring the regulation of physicians associates with the GMC.

We are looking for a proven leader with excellent awareness of the Higher Education environment, who can motivate and influence colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Physician Associate Programme, working closely with the Dean of the Three Counties Medical School

  • Develop and implement an exciting new curriculum for the Physician Associate Programme
