As a Principal Lecturer, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the programme, working closely with our NHS partners to drive innovation and excellence in clinical placements, teaching, and student experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with NHS partners to develop joint working ventures and improve recruitment, retention, and quality of clinical placements
  • Preparing for the Physician Associate Apprenticeship and ensuring alignment with GMC learning outcomes
  • Regulating physicians associates with the GMC, including policies, processes, quality assurance, and self-assessment
  • Designing and implementing an exciting new curriculum for the Physician Associate MSc Programme
