About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to lead our care branch in Carlisle. This is a key position that requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of health and social care services. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of the branch, including staff management, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality services while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and social care, with experience in leadership and management, ideally at a senior level. A proven track record of business growth, relationship management with public sector bodies, and proficiency in computerized scheduling systems such as Cold Harbour and CM2000 is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with the ability to work effectively under pressure, are also vital.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum reflects the complexity of this role, which demands travel and occasional out-of-hours working. To succeed, you must hold or be working towards a Level 4/5 qualification in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management, with at least two years' managerial experience in a care setting. A full Enhanced DBS Disclosure and evidence of ETW in the UK are also necessary.
