Job Overview
Practice Plus Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join their Medicines Management team in a prison setting.
The ideal candidate will possess current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) and relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop existing pharmacy skills and learn something new every day in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Main Responsibilities
As a GPHC registered pharmacy technician, you will:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care, focusing on safe and secure medicines management.
- Deliver non-judgemental care within professional standards, involving timely administration of medicines and analysing cost-effective prescribing.
- Make a real difference by working as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

- Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of shared learning.
