Job Overview

This Public Health Advocate role is an opportunity to work with Swindon Borough Council to create a better future for the community.

Your Key Tasks
  • You will support the delivery of Environmental Health services in collaboration with Public Health partners.
  • As part of a supportive team, you will handle a diverse caseload across Housing and Environmental Protection.
  • Hybrid working is encouraged, allowing you to work flexibly on-site and remotely.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you must hold a degree in Environmental Health, EHORB registration or equivalent, and demonstrate a broad technical background across various relevant Environmental Health disciplines.

A track record of good performance in a fast-paced environment and leadership skills are also essential.
