As the Wellbeing Manager at UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), you will play a vital role in shaping a more connected workplace.

You will lead the development and implementation of the Wellbeing Plan, which aims to create a healthy workplace that supports the physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing of our people.

The role requires close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including HR, Occupational Health, EAP, Health and Safety, Reward and Benefits, Internal Communications, and UKRI staff networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Wellbeing Plan, aiming to create a healthy workplace that supports the physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing of our people.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expertise and consultancy services to all areas of UKRI.
  • Represent UKRI Wellbeing and attend events across UKRI and externally as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience of workplace wellbeing at a specialist level.
  • Experience of managing procurement for wellbeing suppliers.
  • Experience of managing a team and/or direct line management.
  • Strong oral communication and written skills.
