Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Health Prediction Specialist to join our team at NERC, the Natural Environment Research Council. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop novel tools and technologies for patient-specific prediction, early and accurate diagnosis of physical and mental health conditions for use in the community.

You will work closely with our research team to design and implement innovative solutions that can be used by healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Your expertise will be critical in developing predictive models that can identify individuals at high risk of developing certain health conditions, allowing for early intervention and treatment.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, based at a UK research organisation eligible for EPSRC funding.
  • The full economic cost (FEC) of your project can be up to £2,500,000, with EPSRC funding 80% of the FEC.
  • Projects can be up to 36 months in duration.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
