Project Support Specialist

We are a dynamic environmental consultancy specializing in arboriculture, ecology, and landscape consultancy for various development projects. Our mission is to simplify the obtaining of planning permission for our clients.
Our ideal candidate will provide administrative and technical support to our landscape technician and BNG consultant. This role is perfect for a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and is eager to learn and develop skills in environmental planning and CAD software.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the preparation and formatting of landscaping and BNG plans
- Managing project data and documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible
- Organizing data collection for projects and preparing summary reports
- Communicating with clients and team members to support smooth project delivery
- Utilizing CAD software to assist in the preparation of technical plans (training provided)
- Proofreading and ensuring consistency across all reports and plans
This role offers:
- A competitive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience
