About the Role

We are recruiting for a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our maintenance team at Four Seasons Health Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our care homes, while promoting independence and lifestyle opportunities for older people.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be confident in carrying out fault finding and basic repairs to all equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and decorating
  • Maintaining the home's exterior, including pathways, driveways, plants, flowerbeds, and grassed areas
  • Ensuring compliance and essential checks are completed, identifying and reporting all maintenance defects
  • Engaging proactively with stakeholders to ensure all allocated tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently, and to a high standard

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to carry out fault finding and basic repairs
  • Passion and commitment to enhancing specialist services
