Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Healthcare Services Coordinator to join our team in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. This role will involve coordinating patient appointments, managing clinic schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic diaries and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Act as the central point of contact for patients and clinic staff, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on clinic activity and performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance services.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
