Job Title: Director of Quality

Psychiatry UK is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Quality to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective quality governance frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and teams to ensure effective clinical governance and risk management practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the quality and safety team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, commissioners, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with extensive mental healthcare experience and knowledge.
  • Proven track record of transformational leadership and culture change in teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical leaders and teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
