Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and simplification of current pricing models.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and align with overall business objectives.
- Provide valuable pricing insights identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop pricing models and strategies to maximise profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Support FP&A with ad hoc analysis.
- Qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA) or qualified by experience or working towards qualifying.
- Expert Excel skills.
- Pricing Analyst experience working in an international multi-site and multi-currency organisation.
- Strong maths and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse large data sets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
- Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deadlines.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and assess complex and sometimes unfamiliar situations, visualise solutions and see through to resolution and work effectively within a matrix organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
