Job Title: Digital Business Analyst

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of innovative clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed business requirements for digital services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize user needs, driving the development of user-centric digital solutions.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate the quality of new digital systems, ensuring compliance with clinical safety standards.
  • Provide informal and formal line management to staff, including appraisals, sickness, and conduct in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree or post-graduate degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in facilitating user requirements workshops and developing business cases for digital projects.
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques, including process mapping and user story development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to large groups of stakeholders.
  • Able to work with minimal direction and form strong working relationships with clinical and technical stakeholders.
