University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust seeks a skilled professional to support the delivery of new digital services across the hospital. As a Delivery Services Analyst - Business Analysis, you will be responsible for planning and supporting the delivery of digital projects, collaborating with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to clearly define user needs and ensure our digital solutions meet these requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Modelling: Develop models of current and future processes across the hospital to support the development of digital services.
  • User Needs: Work across different departments within the hospital to identify and develop user needs for digital services, ensuring that user needs shape the scope of digital projects at the feasibility / business case stage.
  • Business Process Testing: Develop user acceptance testing cases to validate proposed digital solutions against future business processes and user needs, coordinating cross-functional user groups to support this user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in service improvement in healthcare.
  • Understanding of digital system testing and user validation testing.
  • Change management skills, helping staff transition from paper-based to digital processes.
  • User-Centred Design skills for developing new services.
