Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Shore Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in reducing risk in delivery and maximizing the return on investment for Carnival UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Business Analysis activity within products and projects, ensuring that outcomes, scope, and requirements are captured, reviewed, and baselined for large, complex initiatives.
  • Accountable for effectively challenging scope and complexity to increase benefits/delivery pace and decrease cost of delivery.
  • Understand and effectively apply appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools, and techniques based on the context of the work (i.e., agile or waterfall).
  • Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as user stories, epics, business rules, requirement statements, and business processes.
  • Play a role in setting standards that the team works to and coaching others. Where assigned to lead, define ways of working, organize, and coordinate this work.
About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record of delivering business change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing Business Analysis activities within large, complex portfolios of delivery that include an IT component. They will be fully familiar with industry-standard Business Analysis techniques and their application, with experience working within an Agile environment.
