**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Kids Planet The Chris Abell in Cambridge. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality childcare services to our children and families.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and stimulating learning environments that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and inclusive educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • To establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
