Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their financial objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve them.
  • Recommend suitable banking and investments solutions based on clients' risk tolerance and financial situation.
  • Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers as needed.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure clients' financial security.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional client experiences.


Requirements:
  • Possess Series 7 & 66 licenses or equivalent certifications.
  • Hold at least one year of experience in the investments industry.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in the financial services industry or sales environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent goal-setting and achievement skills.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to clients.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Utilize time management skills efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet objectives.
  • Apply thoroughness and thoughtfulness when incorporating regulatory due diligence into financial planning processes.


Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education, and skill set.
