As a Financial Planning Strategist at the Bank of America, you will play a key role in building financial plans with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their financial objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve them.
- Recommend suitable banking and investments solutions based on clients' risk tolerance and financial situation.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers as needed.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure clients' financial security.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- Possess Series 7 & 66 licenses or equivalent certifications.
- Hold at least one year of experience in the investments industry.
- Have at least one year of experience working in the financial services industry or sales environment.
- Demonstrate excellent goal-setting and achievement skills.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to clients.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to clients.
- Utilize time management skills efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet objectives.
- Apply thoroughness and thoughtfulness when incorporating regulatory due diligence into financial planning processes.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education, and skill set.
