Job Summary

We are currently supporting a Primary and SEND school in Birmingham who require a dedicated teaching assistant to join their team. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students who have ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities or experience anxiety and/or depression.

Your key responsibilities will include using CPOMs to report incidents, monitoring and recording student progress and behavior, managing challenging behaviors, and providing support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
