Support Staff for SEMH Schools

TeacherActive is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in SEMH/SEND schools across Birmingham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, helping them to manage their behaviour and achieve their academic goals. With a strong focus on pastoral care, you will work closely with other TAs and school staff to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed. A salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, awaits successful candidates.
