The growing number of student referrals has created a higher demand for staff in these schools, making it essential to have additional support to work one-on-one with students and provide general classroom assistance.

Job Requirements:
  • Provide pastoral and personal support to students outside the classroom.
  • Manage student behavior, allowing other teaching assistants to focus on their tasks.
  • Work with students who are not in class for various reasons.
  • Demonstrate a team player attitude with a positive and adaptable approach.
  • Have experience working in an SEMH school or setting.
