Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist for ASC/SEMH Support to join our therapy team at a specialist school in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, particularly those requiring support with speech, language, and communication.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children and young people with Special Educational Needs, in collaboration with the school's staff.
  • Manage a small caseload of speech and language therapy patients across three specialist schools.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice sessions, led by the Clinical Lead and SENCo.

Key Requirements:
  • Registration with RCSLT and HCPC as a member of the profession.
  • A professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent qualification.
