**Job Description:**

PK Education is seeking a skilled and dedicated SEND School Support Worker to join our team at a school in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to pupils with diverse needs and assisting with lesson planning and classroom management.

As a SEND School Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's unique needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to work with pupils who have EAL, SEND, SEMH needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or a related field and be able to provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities. You will also assist with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.

**Key Responsibilities:**
