About the Role: We are seeking a senior sales manager to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive business growth• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance• Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvements• Foster collaboration and build strong working relationships within the team and with other departmentsRequirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record in a sales leadership or management position. You should be adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets, possess exceptional coaching, mentoring, and training skills, and demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.Benefits: 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy and sell additional holiday time.
