Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and overseas offices, verbally and electronically.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and accurate communication with clients and colleagues
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve business objectives
- Identify and solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Good client liaison skills and ability to develop sound client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Team player with dignity and respect for colleagues
- Good understanding of quality of service and appreciation of factors involved in delivering a quality service
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
