Client Liaison Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be a talented Client Relations Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate client queries and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up on outstanding queries and update clients on developments via various communication channels.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets while working as part of a cohesive team.
- Identify and generate quality business leads by recognizing opportunities and referring them to relevant areas within the business.
Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Adhere strictly to internal compliance procedures and terms and conditions.
- Report any suspicious transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Participate in training and competence development as required by the business.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous sales experience is not essential but is advantageous.
- Proven ability to be credible professionally and build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrable business acumen, including experience in developing and implementing business plans.
Professional Qualifications and Education:
- A-level education is essential, with a university-level education being desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proven strong ethic of client/customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Demonstrate interest in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.

- Ability to work well within a team with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to use initiative, judgment, and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
