Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison Specialist to join our team at Evelyn Partners. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate client queries and collaborate with internal and external departments/providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolution and maintain excellent client satisfaction.
  • Keep clients informed of developments on their queries through regular email or phone updates.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets, working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Pursue quality business leads by identifying opportunities when interacting with clients and referring them to relevant areas of the business when necessary.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Achieve strict adherence to internal compliance procedures and T&C requirements.
  • Report any suspicious transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
  • Pursue training and competence as required by the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
  • A proven ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients professionally.
  • Demonstrable business acumen, including experience in developing and implementing business plans.
