Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide excellent customer service to our clients and overseas offices, verbally and electronically. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, communicating with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner, and working independently to prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and overseas offices
- Handle client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner
- Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Develop and maintain sound client relationships
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Good client liaison skills and ability to present a professional image
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Team player with dignity and respect for colleagues
- Good understanding of quality of service and appreciation of factors involved in delivering a quality service
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proactive approach with ability to work from own initiative
- IT literate with competence in Microsoft Office packages
