As a key member of our EMEA & LatAm Sales Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training solutions that meet the evolving needs of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop comprehensive sales training curriculums, including presentations, interactive exercises, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement enhancements to ensure optimal results.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales Leadership to gather feedback and insights on training content and delivery.
- 4+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in asset management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce.com, Allego, Zoom, and Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
