About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated New Business Development Director - Unified Communications to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in working with complex customers and influencing/directing others. You will also have comprehensive knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service, as well as multi-channel (Omnichannel) communications.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service, we would like to hear from you.
