Employee Rewards Specialist
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about employee rewards and benefits. As a Compensation Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will conduct market research, analyze data, and develop reports to inform our compensation decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure that our compensation strategy is aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with industry standards; conduct market research and analyze data to inform compensation decisions; design and deliver compensation communications to employees; collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure alignment with overall compensation strategy.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business or human resources is required, as well as prior experience in compensation analysis and survey submission procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Benefits
We offer a salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive private health cover, income protection, life assurance, and a full employee assistance plan.
