Technical Business Development Manager

This role requires a Sales Executive with a strong background in sales and technical knowledge of the food industry. As a hybrid role based in Corby, you will be working closely with our Marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Marketing to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification.
- Outbound cold calls and emails by data and support the sales team with customer mapping activities.
- Routing qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects and updating the CRM accordingly.
- Interacting with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after sale services required.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual with great communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proven success within a telesales environment and experience of making dozens of dials per day.
