Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with products and equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing role or similar field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with product operation and maintenance a plus
