Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic team of property professionals at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

This role is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is looking to build a successful career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide high-quality service and communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Oversee the sales progression process from start to finish
  • Understand client requirements to deliver efficient and effective service
  • Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties
  • Obtain feedback and negotiate sales to achieve successful outcomes
  • Support and mentor team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a can-do approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in relevant software
  • Smart and presentable appearance
  • Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK

Remuneration:

  • Competitive basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000, commensurate with experience
  • Share of office commission and profit share
  • On-target earnings of £27,000+, rising as the office performance improves
  • 20 days holiday, plus office closure at Christmas
